Adhering to our Dew Beau Medispa policies ensures a welcoming environment where
our professionals can focus on your needs. We appreciate your cooperation and
sincerely hope you have a pleasant experience with us!
First Visit - Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete
check-in and intake paperwork. A credit card is required to secure your reservation.
This is to confirm your appointment and protect against any costs related to
cancellations or missed appointments.
LATE ARRIVAL – If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate your full
appointment. However, service time may be shortened to avoid delays for other
clients. Abbreviated treatments will be charged at full value.
CANCELLATION & MISSED APPOINTMENTS – We understand that unavoidable
situations occur, and we will do our best to accommodate emergencies.
• A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments.
• Late cancellations are subject to a $25 fee.
• Missed appointments will be charged 50% of the service value.
PRICES & PROMOTIONS – We are committed to providing the latest treatments and
technologies. Prices, services, and products are subject to change without notice.
Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When eligible for multiple
discounts, the highest-value discount will be applied.
PAYMENTS – Our services are elective aesthetic treatments and are not billed
through insurance.
• Payment for all individual treatments is due at the time of service.
• Packages must be paid in full at the time of the first treatment.
• We accept cash, all major credit cards, Medicard™, and Spa gift cards. We do not
accept cheques.
Insurance Claims Policy
Insurance claims are applicable only for RMT massage and acupuncture services.
Eligibility for insurance coverage depends on each customer's individual insurance
plan, and coverage may vary. Customers can choose to handle the insurance claim
process directly with their insurance company. However, if you prefer, we can assist
with the claim process. Please provide your insurance information and the necessary
documents, and we will help you with the procedure. If you have any questions
regarding the claims process, feel free to contact us anytime.
PAYMENT PLANS – Treatments and products must be paid for at or before the time of
purchase. Discounts do not apply when using Medicard™ or financing options.
GIFT CARDS – Gift cards may be redeemed for any service or product (some
restrictions may apply). They are not redeemable for cash.
REFUNDS – We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Results vary by individual,
and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Further treatments may be required to
achieve desired results. All product sales are final. If a service has been purchased
but not yet received, we can offer credit toward another service.
QUIET ENVIRONMENT – To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, please
maintain a quiet conversation level and silence your phone during your visit.
PROVIDER REQUESTS – We respect your preference for a specific provider, but
availability may be subject to changes due to scheduling, vacations, or unforeseen
circumstances.
PRACTICE-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP – While we value all of our clients, we reserve the
right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
FULL DISCLOSURE – Our goal is for you to be satisfied with our services and results.
We are committed to transparency and ensuring you understand the treatments,
including potential benefits and risks. Our team will only recommend treatments and
