In lieu of gratuity, your return visits to the clinic are the best tip! Referrals to family, friends, or co-workers are greatly appreciated and highly valued.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in being billed for the full cost of your original booking, plus HST.
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, you will not be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours. We kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible.

Late Arrival and No Show Policy

If you are running late for your appointment, please give us a call in advance so we can adjust the schedule for you and the next client.
No-shows will be billed for the full cost of your original booking. Thank you for respecting our time and our clients.

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept Debit and Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard). A receipt will be issued upon payment.
